JOB DETAIL

MUST: They should have Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certificate in ITSM

 

 

 Demonstrate a strong grasp of IT Service Management (ITSM) and expertise in ServiceNow Integrations.

o   Possess knowledge and proficiency in IT Asset Management (ITAM).

o   Effectively coordinate activities across various project phases, including Requirement Gathering, Development, Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go Live.

o   Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and adhere to proven Software Development Methodologies.

o   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful delivery of software solutions.

o   Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

o   Oversee the development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

o   Showcase exceptional skills in customer handling and coordination to ensure a positive client experience.

o   Assume the role of Development Lead with the following additional responsibilities:

o   Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

o   Prepare professional and compelling decks for Estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Proposal Presentations.

o   Engage in client coordination and proficiently manage projects to meet and exceed client expectations.
