As part of the Risk Technology department, the scrum master/PM will take part as a facilitator for technology teams, and a project manager for Market Risk IT initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
· Agile Leadership:
o Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, ensuring agile practices are followed and understood.
o Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
o Assist in tracking and removing impediments, fostering an environment for high team performance and continuous improvement.
· Project Management:
o Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for the ongoing projects.
o Collaborate with other project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
· Requirement Analysis:
o Elicit and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders regarding financial time series data management and analysis.
o Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
o Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project progress, design decisions, and Agile practices
· Solution Design:
o Work closely with Risk Engineering and development teams to design solutions that meet business needs and leverage time series data effectively.
o Define and validate the user stories and acceptance criteria for the solution. 
 
Required Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience in IT with more than 5 years in financial projects (preferably in the area of Market Risk)
· Good understanding of financial instruments and yield curves.
· Expertise in writing user stories with good acceptance criteria in Jira
· Good understanding of ETL and Data warehouse concepts with some hands on experience with data analysis
· Experience with managing Jira boards, Service Now dashboards, Confluence pages, Excel reporting, and creating and tracking KPIs
· Functional expertise in financial time series management
· Good communication and presentation skills
