JOB DETAIL

Must have experience leading QA efforts for large scale enterprise initiatives.  Must be able to set clear guidelines for the QA process and hold teams accountable without deviating from the strategy and guidelines.  Ensures all project team members and stakeholders understand their roles, responsibilities and expected timing of deliverables.  Holds the business accountable to execute UAT on time with high participation rate.  Coach/mentor BAs with user story clarity and the impact on test execution.  Experience with streamlining SIT, QA, and regression testing activities.  Must have experience planning for and orchestrating complex end to end testing that includes integrations with internal and third-party systems.

Qualifications include:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience as a QA Test Lead in Salesforce implementations, with a deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, COQ, Experience Cloud, AR/AP processing and customization capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test management tools, and defect tracking systems.
  • Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex business processes.
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
