We are currently seeking a seasoned Business Analyst or Reporting Analyst with expertise in Fusion Analytics and Supply Chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and developing reports and analytics using Fusion technologies. Additionally, experience in Supply Chain management and analytics will be highly valued for this role.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and reporting solutions.
Utilize Fusion Analytics capabilities to develop advanced reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide meaningful insights into business performance.
Conduct thorough analysis of Supply Chain operations, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to gather data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and reporting solutions.
Provide support and training to end-users on utilizing reporting tools and interpreting analytics.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Fusion Analytics and Supply Chain management.
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data governance and ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
Proficiency in Fusion Analytics tools such as Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (OFAW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and SQL queries.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Experience with Oracle Fusion applications or Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules is a plus.
