JOB DETAIL

The IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for partnering with the Business Process Architects, Business Analysts and driving the applications roadmap and functional & solutions design. He/she will lead and take complete functional ownership of the deliverables and partner with the Process and Technical teams on requirements, design, development, testing and deployment of capabilities to production. The right candidate will have a functional understanding of the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Fulfillment and Order Management domains.

The IT Business Systems Analyst will focus primarily on Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain space. Specific areas of responsibilities include:

 

·Participate, influence and drive cross functional initiatives and enhancements in the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics and Fulfillment domains.

·Work with business partners, process architects, and/or super users to facilitate functional requirements for prioritized service changes.

·Analyzes data, metrics, logs, or other information from the supporting applications to understand the functional requirements and assess the potential impact of changes.

·Partner with stakeholders on business requirements and create a functional design focusing on the impacted business processes and data flows.

·Performs functional configs and setups as per the functional design, execute functional tests during acceptance testing or systems and integration testing.

·Lead the review of the solution with internal and external stakeholders, including cross functional Architects, Delivery, and Business teams.

·Collaborate with QA team as they develop functional test strategy, test plans, and scripts that will validate completeness and correctness of implemented service changes.
