Lead discussions and work with respective teams in coming up with realistic and scalable strategy to implement marketing and personalization initiatives.
Work with business and technology client representatives to gather functional and technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience in Technical/Campaign Workflows, knowledge in external account configuration, offer management, data schema.
- Hands-on experience in build, execute and deliver accurate audience data for assigned campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic
- Review the requirements and ensure completeness in support of campaigns.
- Provide support for marketing campaign rollouts.
- Assessment of Campaign results and metrics to influence future campaign execution.
- Good Understanding of Experience Cloud Integrated architecture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Nice to Have - Experience in Adobe Experience Platform
- Onsite and offshore team management, task allocation and providing guidance in troubleshooting the issues.
