Production Owner

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on IVR systems or customer experience solutions.
In-depth understanding of IVR technologies, including call flows, speech recognition, natural language processing, and voice biometrics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience working in an Agile development environment, with a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Must have experience on Contact Center.
