·         10+ years of implementing SAP HCM

·         7+ years of implementing SAP SucessFactors (Cloud based SaaS)

·         Experience in modules including but not limited to: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management System, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation, Variable Payment, Succession & Development, Reporting.

·         Experience in HR business processes

·         Prior delivery lead or program management experience working in complex global environments

·         Experience working in matrixed organization

·         Abililty to navigate complex organizational structures

·         Hands on configuration experience in both on prem and cloud environments

·         Experience working on technical aspects of the program including but not limited to data migration, complex interfaces and architecture

·         Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior members of the organization including steering committee members and sponsors

Unique Skills                                                     

Non-SAP skills required include: MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and MS Productivity tools including Word, Powerpoint etc.
