Complete Description

Business Analyst evaluates user request for new or modified products.. Analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Proficient in Agile practices and story writing.



Minimum of 5+ years working experience in the following areas:

·        Proven working experience as a business systems analyst for medium to large projects (5+ years).

·        Able to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners and vendors.

·        Able to accurately define and capture project requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

·        Able to write UAT test scripts from use cases and proficient in UAT testing.

·        Able to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks. 

·        Able to track requirements throughout lifecycle of SDLC cycle

·        Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, ADO, JIRA and Confluence

·        Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems.

·        Soft Skills:

·        Working experience utilizing the following soft skills:

·        Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision

·        Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills
