Job Summary:Under the direction of Director - Data Engineering, the Data Analyst works closely with business leaders, managers, staff, and vendor to accurately gather and interpret requirements.

Essential Job Functions:* Data Analyst will perform data analysis to validate the requirements* Perform data profiling to ensure data quality* Maintain data mapping and requirement documents so that they are up to date* Create well-vetted and accurate technical requirement documents for data engineers* Analyze the validity of business requirements and work with business analysts to come to a good set of business requirements and valid technical requirement* Profile and monitor data to ensure data quality using TSQL and other tools* As a Data Analyst, you will work with Enterprise Data Architect and Data Engineers to provide validity of data models and accuracy of data pipelines by performing data analysis* Perform a Quality Assurance role by validating technical and business requirements against data* Proactively troubleshoot and investigate data gaps and issues* Provide data evidence to support technical requirements and to business stakeholders* Performs other duties as assigned
