Business Analysis as well as Project Management:
• Reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs.
• Document data mapping for various messages
• Documenting requirements, defining scope and objectives and formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Analyzing business processes and data and developing insights into problems and opportunities to advance the company.
• Identifying an organisation’s technical needs, planning enterprise architecture and strategising ideas to improve a business’s decision-making.
• Working with company leaders and stakeholders to help them solve problems or meet goals.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that identify and sequence project tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, and project expenses.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
Mandatory Skills: 2 years of Business Analyst or Project Management experience 3 years of overall IT work experience
Desired Skills: 2 years of work experience of Warehouse Management Systems or Supply Chain
