Role Description:

- Work closely with the customers on requirements gathering, Design and development- Work on Actimize designer and develop plugins and RCM objects,- Perform Unit testing ,support SIT and UAT Coordinate with stakeholders for post release validation- Work with Offshore team on day to day deliverables- Provide technical leadership in current implementation projects- Good communication skills- Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies- Technical Expertise with linux (basic commands ssh, ftp etc..)- Ability to create technical specifications, diagrams and related documentations- Should be able to manage a team of 4-5 resources- Provide weekly/monthly status report to TCS management- Should be able to communicate clearly with customer as well as TCS management

Competencies:

Digital : Kafka, Advanced Java Concepts, Digital : Spring Boot, Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering

Essential Skills:

- Experience working with Actimize designer to create dart views, map UI fields and backend queries- Experience in handing visual modeler in setting up the channels and process flow- Experience implementing and testing of various Actimize modules,- Should have knowledge in AML domain - AIS, RCM/ActOne, CDD, SAM- Experience in system integration, plugin development using Java, J2EE, SpringBoot, CI/CD Pipelines, Kafka , Javascript , VTL Should have experience in Open Shift and Micro Services- Ability to work within a geographically distributed and culturally diverse development organization.Good knowledge of AML prevention in finance domain- Need to have Deep technical knowledge in systems, application frameworks, database optimization, and experience being responsible for the success of software development projects- Having strong knowledge in Java/J2EE, MQs, RDBMS and PL/SQL- Having basic knowledge on UNIX commands and shell scripting- Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologySuggest and implement service improvements Code deployment and Configuration Management, Troubleshooting issues and defect fixes

Desirable Skills:

- UNIX and Shell scripting knowledge- AML Certifications Knowledge of banking compliance requirements- Knowledge of the USA laws applicable to money laundering (AML), OFAC- Good to have knowledge in CTR , Actimize implementation Experience and SAR e-filing process
