JOB DETAIL

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Commercial Lending technology, particularly loanIQ, to lead a complex loan tech integration project. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management capabilities and a proven track record of successfully driving and delivering large-scale technology integration projects within the commercial lending domain. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the integration project, including project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, business, and vendor partners, to ensure the seamless integration of loanIQ technology into our commercial lending operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to navigate through challenges and deliver results within established timelines and budgets. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the end-to-end integration project for loanIQ technology within the commercial lending domain.
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and objectives.
  4. Identify and allocate resources, including internal team members and external vendors, to support project activities and milestones.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess project risks, and define mitigation strategies.
  6. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to senior management and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
  7. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
  8. Drive cross-functional collaboration and coordination across technology, business, and vendor teams to achieve project goals.
  9. Conduct regular project meetings, workshops, and status reviews to track progress and address issues proactively.
  10. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology integration projects within the commercial lending industry.
  3. Proven experience working with Commercial Lending technology platforms, particularly loanIQ, and understanding of lending operations and processes.
  4. Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  5. Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  6. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  8. Experience working in an Agile or hybrid Agile/Traditional project management environment is preferred.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  10. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
