• Availability to work 100% on Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Technical or business work experience (3-5 years);
• Experience working as a Business Analyst using both Agile and Waterfall (3+ years);
• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development;
• Experience with Azure Cloud;
• Experience in business process design and re-engineering;
• Experience communicating and working within cross-departmental teams, strong collaborative skills;
• Experience with Microsoft Visio;
• Experience preparing status reports and providing management briefings;
• Leadership experience;
• Experience providing business analysis in a criminal justice environment (preferred);
• Experience working with Law Enforcement Agencies and associated security requirements (preferred);
• Experience with IT standards in a criminal justice environment (preferred);
• Experience using the Offender Based Information System (OBIS) (preferred);
• Experience with state government projects (preferred);
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred);
• Bachelor's Degree, from an accredited college/university, in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or four (4) years of equivalent work experience.
