- Lead functional consultant responsible for supporting other HR consultants and developers.
- Conduct working sessions with HR to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
- Work with different HR stakeholders and prepare requirements documents for the build team.
- Provide subject matter expertise on the HR data to the technical team, explain requirements, and facilitate the archival process.
- Support SIT and UAT testing of the archival solution.
- Advise the HR team on industry standards for HCM process areas to provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- At least 5 years of implementation experience in HCM modules of benefits and payroll.
- At least 8 years of IT experience and 5 years in a lead role.
- SAP SuccessFactors experience will be an added advantage.
