JOB DETAIL

  • Lead functional consultant responsible for supporting other HR consultants and developers.
  • Conduct working sessions with HR to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
  • Work with different HR stakeholders and prepare requirements documents for the build team.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the HR data to the technical team, explain requirements, and facilitate the archival process.
  • Support SIT and UAT testing of the archival solution.
  • Advise the HR team on industry standards for HCM process areas to provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.

 

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • At least 5 years of implementation experience in HCM modules of benefits and payroll.
  • At least 8 years of IT experience and 5 years in a lead role.
  • SAP SuccessFactors experience will be an added advantage.
