JOB DETAIL

Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment to ensure effective communication and productivity.

Legacy System Transition:

Develop and execute strategies for the seamless migration of legacy systems to modern applications.

Work closely with technical teams to identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks associated with legacy system dependencies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Engage with key stakeholders, including product owners, architects, and business analysts, to align project goals with business objectives.

Communicate progress, challenges, and risks transparently to all relevant stakeholders.

Team Empowerment:

Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and best practices to enhance overall team efficiency and collaboration.

Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and continuously looks for opportunities to improve their processes.

Product Backlog Management:

Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic goals.

Work closely with the team to break down complex features into actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Continuous Improvement:

Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across the organization.

Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation to enhance development processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Scrum Lead, with a focus on legacy to modern application transitions.

In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.

Strong understanding of legacy system challenges and modernization strategies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus.
