The Software Engineer Specialist (Full Stack, Tech Lead), you will be an influencer assisting and leading development of Full Stack/Back End applications for the client's Digital Organization. You will work on implementing platform and applications hosting AI/ML services.



Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate outstanding Full Stack/Back End knowledge and drive solutions development.
Lead a team of software engineers and execution delivery on assigned products/programs.
Define and implement software architecture for Cloud applications and services.
Participate collaboratively and as an individual contributor within the Digital teams and interact appropriately within the technical lead role with other PPG groups.
Mentor other less experienced developers. Conduct code reviews and approve pull requests in accordance with organization and best practice coding standard.
Provide necessary feedback to the digital transformation teams regarding risks, delivery status, technical complexity, technical debt and help estimate necessary efforts (together with the team) as needed.
Communicate optimally with different technology capable users, decision makers, and customers within and outside of the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications/Technical Skills:

Master in computer science, information technology, engineering, or similar; OR equivalent combination of skills, experience, training, and certifications.

Minimum of 8+ yrs of experience in Full Stack/Back End software engineering/software development for .NET C# Cloud applications or services.

Experience developing code/programming, debugging, testing, and creating software documentation in accordance with the framework.
Experience working with QA automation.

Must be highly proficient with Front-End/Back-End/API coding with .Net, ASP.NET, Angular 2.0

Knowledge and experience with different cloud design patterns, and practical implementation hands on expertise is a plus.

Ideally have practical experience with CI/CD Pipelines, RESTful APIs.

Optional experience: VSCODE Python programming, Azure ML services, QA automation (Cypress or other), Infrastructure testing (JMeter or other).

Knowledge of AWS tech stack and development is a plus.

Experience mentoring and influencing senior engineers across organizations.
