TIBCO and MFT (Managed File Transfer) Technologies.• Installation and configuration of TIBCO Technologies like EMS (Enterprise Management Service) and MFT Technologies.• Support TIBCO and MFT Developers and their daily change requests.• Taking care of folder creations and permissions on MFT servers.• Provide 24×7 Production on Call Support for Engineering TIBCO (EMS) as it is a Gateway to client end-users and routes the messages to different downstream Engineering Applications.• Setup and Manage Monitoring systems for Production/Non-Production and other Critical Environments.• Support during Production Code Releases.• Minor/Major Release and Version Upgrades to TIBCO EMS and MFT Technologies.• Provide Patch Management support for TIBCO EMS and MFT Technologies.• Provide support during code deployments to different environments.• Work with Support teams of Software Vendor (TIBCO) for resolving issues.• Support for Production and Non-production day-to-day issues.• Resolving performance issues.
