1.            At least 2 SAP S4 HANA full life cycles implementation experience as SAP S4 HANA FICO consultant in manufacturing industry.

2.            10+ years of experience as SAP FICO consultant in manufacturing industry

3.            Must have experience S4 HANA FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-GL modules with solid understanding of the cross functional integration.

4.            Must have worked in FSCM - Credit, Collections, Dispute/interfaces using 3rd party applications or SAP Boltons

5.            Configuration experience in SAP S4 HANA FICO.

6.            Expertise in design, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end FSCM business process. Ability to conduct workshops to review current processes, articulate S4 Hana functionality and map to-be processes

7.            Knowledge of key integration points with other modules related to FICO e.g. MM, WM, SD, PP, PM etc.

8.            Analyze & Support FICO business processes and users.

9.            Experience in writing functional specifications and working with developers to provide functional details.

10.          Strong written and verbal communication skills, Problem solving skills.

11.          Experience working with business users to define requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis and finalize to be business processes
