• At least two years working experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst
• • Experience executing testing for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Experience working with automated testing tools
• Experience coordinating and scheduling testing teams
• Expertise with infrastructure projects test planning, execution and related testing tools
• General understanding and working knowledge of the following technologies:
o End-to-end network components and architecture (network switches, routers, firewalls)
o End-to-end WAN architecture (MPLS, Internet, DMVPN, SD-WAN)
o VoIP/Unified Communications/Overhead Paging (Cisco Unified Communications & Cisco UCaaS)
o Enterprise Video Conference and Collaboration Solutions
o Virtualization Platforms for Windows & IBM Power Series: VMWare, Hyper-V, IBM PowerVM
o Compute/Storage Technology Stack: Blade servers, vSANs, IBM iSeries/Power Series, Windows Server OS, AIX, Linux (RHEL)
o Database: SQL, Oracle
o Cloud Services: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP
• Ability to demonstrate Agile delivery values

Preferred Qualifications
• At least three years working experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst for Infrastructure projects
• At least two years working experience working with automated testing tools
• Experience evaluating and improving QA practices and processes
