- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of core Java concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, including Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and Kafka Administration.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, messaging queues, and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in SQL and database design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience on ETL is plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
