- Work Experience of 9-12 years of data modeling experience

- Transform logical models into physical database designs for relational and NoSQL (Azure Cosmos DB) platforms

- Create logical and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality, reduce redundancy and optimize performance

- Optimize, update and maintain logical and physical data models, source to target mappings to support new and existing projects

- Experience architecting solutions leveraging Micorsoft technologies like MS Fabric

- Experience with Cloud data technologies (eg. Azure DB, and Snowflake)

- Work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies, build data flows and develop conceptual data models

- Establish, communicate and enforce best practices and standards

- Strong communications skills (verbal and written) and the ability to effectively communicate design recommendations to a varied audience

- Build positive team dynamics by understanding usability and design principles
