A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Systems, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline preferred.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.

Over six (6) years of experience leading IT projects, with a focus on client interaction, encompassing requirements gathering, scope analysis, budget management, and project completion verification.

Experience with government clients is advantageous.

Drupal experience is a positive attribute.

Strong analytical skills required, with the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

In-depth understanding of technology trends, including AJAX, HTML5, browsers, firewalls, networks, ERPs, CRMs, etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at interacting professionally with diverse stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Comprehensive knowledge of the software development life cycle, covering planning, development, requirements management, quality assurance, release management, and deployment.

Excellent time management skills, including task prioritization, scope control, and meeting deadlines.

Ability to reconcile stakeholder interests, address conflicting priorities, and align with business strategy.

Education or working knowledge in business analysis.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Must have excellent situational awareness, the ability to remain calm under pressure and be cognizant of how you are perceived.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.

May be required to work on-call or long hours, if necessary, in case of serious network malfunction.
