Candidate MUST have at least 10 years of total IT experience*
Mandatory Skills:
- 7 years of experience performing all aspects of IT project management duties in large data center environments, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- 6 years of Experience reviewing critical operational initiatives and regulatory documents.
- 6 years of working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications including Project.
- 6 years of Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 6 years of Ability to facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
- 6 years of Excellent at monitoring project deliverables and milestones to ensure they are met according to the project plan.
- 5 years of Proficient generating project status reports for different management layers.
- 5 years of working with IT procurements, budget, forecasts and analysis for the different projects.
- 5 years of Experience working closely with internal and external vendors and/or service providers to ensure our operations requirements are appropriately provisioned.
- 5 years of managing continual cost-benefit / savings analysis and operation action plans.
- 5 years of experience in preparing canned and ad hoc system performance reports for management.
- 5 years of Experience performing cost containment functions which includes analysis of the storage utilization and the backup and recovery data.
Desirable Skills:
- 3 years of Experience working on government fiscal and budget management supporting data centers.
- 2 years of Experience using Remedy, ITSM, PPM, Archer, Jira and ServiceNow.
- 2 years of Experience preparing and tracking security exemption requests.
