Responsible for the full, scoped engagement with Customer's Google Cloud projects. This includes change management, deployment, and daily project management activities.
Excellent Written and verbal communications with stakeholders (both HCL and Customer) at all organizational levels - C-level through cubicle-level.
Work collaboratively with peers and leadership in the PMO for status updates, issues, risks, decisions, and change requests.
Take ownership & responsibility for projects
Effectively manage multiple programs/projects at a time
Lead and motivate project teams and oversee engineers & architects across many different disciplines such as Infrastructure Modernization, Data Engineering, Application Development, Network, Security etc.
Work with Domain teams to understand new project requirements and clarify conceptual needs for migrations as needed.
Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional delivery of critical systems.
Assist in the development of detailed project specifications/documentation
Organize and host kick off meeting with the client in order to proactively identify client needs.
Attends/hosts routine calls with multiple teams to maintain communication and act as first point of contact for GCP initiatives/issues/ escalations.
Maintain/update stories/epics/tasks such as setting up and maintaining program/project updates in the systems, setting up and maintaining trackers, preparing documentation, providing updates on project status
Maintain oversight of project budgets and timelines (i.e. estimated vs actual cost)
Strong administration and organizational skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills with ability to work with the leadership and all levels at Customer.
Ability to manage multiple priorities/programs/projects
Drive the execution and delivery with multiple teams
Prior experience and skills in Architecture, Design & Knowledge of GCP
Experience collaborating with multiple teams, third-party developers and analysis for decision-making, and prioritization.
Understanding of the GCP cloud infrastructure.
Independently and collaboratively lead project/program workstreams
Able to drive teams and serve as a gateway between the Customer Leadership, Google, Horizontal teams and the program/initiatives owners/TPMs.
