·        At least five (5) years of experience in project management. 

Specialized Experience:

·        At least five (5) years of experience supervising or overseeing IT-related projects. 

·        Experience with agile tools such as Jira or similar applications. 

·        Experience in work planning, monitoring, and reporting. 

·        Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

·        Demonstrates capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders and all levels. 

·        Understanding of legacy systems and modern IT solutions.

Preferred Experience:

·        Experience in managing IT modernization projects.

·        Familiarity with change management processes.

·        Basic technical knowledge of programming languages and databases.
