•        PeopleSoft and SAP experience

•        Support from the conversion perspective understands PeopleSoft and SAP data, and works with both teams to help ensure data is being converted properly

•        Expert in BOTH systems and help move through the validations in each cycle with more comfort.

•        Validate what we are sending (converting) is what we are being told to send (convert); accounts for everything in PeopleSoft not proficient in validating the data once it goes to SAP

•        Help extract and map backward to make sure we are not missing things before we get too far into a testing cycle

•        Help during the prep/validation
