Description:
We are looking for a talented and highly effective Sr. ASP. Net Developer to join our development and support team. We are currently supporting, enhancing and maintaining the statewide SNAPTTANF Eligibility Determination and ancillary application registration system. The enhancements include use of latest technologies as needed to interfaceintegrate with other systems on different platforms and automation of current processes.
Technical Skill Set:
- Experience in Software Development and analysis, design and development of applications primarily using ASP. NET 10 Years
- Experience with MVC Frameworks 5.0 4.0 and implementing controller actions and Views, Partial Views, Areas, Sections, Strongly Typed Views and View Models with State Management, Security, caching features and configuring optimizations 10 Years
- Experience with automated eligibility determination systems and/or government experience preferred
- Ability to provide subject matter expertise on system architectures 3 Years
- Ability to provide recommendations regarding enhancements to the systems and processes 3 Years
- Experience developing, maintaining, and updating documentation for procedures, policies, and processes 3 Years
- Experience training end users on software 3 Years
- Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing.
- Strong oral and written communication, and time management skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently but effectively with a team to accomplish team projects and solve technical problems.
- Ability to conceive and or develop creative solutions and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SCRUM Iteration methodologies.
