Experience in defining Data Strategy, Data Modelling, Data Integration, Data Standards and implementing Best Practices
Experience in Digital Transformation at enterprise scale
Define and execute the data migration strategy by working closely with client teams
Good Understanding of business domain such as finance, manufacturing and supply chain
Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executive level stakeholders
Experienced DB Architect with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS skills.
Strong in MS SQL and MS SQL server tools
Advanced knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring standards
Strong command of SSAS, SSIS, SSRS
Strong experience with MS SQL Server and SQL Server architecture
Extensive knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery and failover for SQL server
Experience with troubleshooting, good technical writing, documentation and application installation and configuration experience
Configure and maintain database servers and processes
Experience as a DBA would be an advantage
Experience with report development
Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security
Experience in development of mappings for integration of heterogeneous data sources like flat files, cloud source
Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time
Provide suggestions for solutions
Excellent Written and Verbal communication Skills
Client facing role with end-to-end ownership
