- Strong Healthcare domain knowledge, data modelling skills with FHIR and IBM UDMH experience.
- Experience defining data strategy and roadmap
- Strong working experience in Data Vault and Dimensional Modelling experience
- Hands-on and expert knowledge in IBM Unified Data Model for Healthcare (IBM UDMH)
- Experience with Data Integration skills loading data into IBM UDMH
- Experience defining approach and data model strategy
- Strong knowledge of best practices and solution patterns
- Be a subject matter expert in insurance and a champion of data management best practices
- Experience in latest version of Data Modelling tools – ERWIN, IDA preferred
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis
- Experience working in Agile environment
