Experience managing software implementations.
Experience managing project budgets and purchase orders.
Third party vendor management experience.
Experience running sprints in an Agile environment.
Experience with scope management, creating project plans, and tracking milestones.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with attention to detail.

Experience managing projects relating to ServiceNow components or enhancements.
