REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(S) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
- certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Knowledge of PMI standards and Processes, and success in managing IT projects
- Use of project management and work management tools such as MS Project and MS Team Foundation Server
- Must be familiar with software and database development concepts to include creation of diagrams, flowcharts and
- workflows of business processes and data flow
- Contractor should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in work related to IT Project Management using
- the Agile Methodology
- Contractor should have at least 5 years of large-scale project management experience, with demonstrated ability to
- timely and efficiently lead projects which deliver high-quality operational and financial performance results
- Must be able to effectively collaborate with Senior Management and other Project Team Members to ensure
- requirements are communicated, accepted, and meet expectations
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Excellent analytical skills
