Requirements  

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.

Strong project management skills, with demonstrated experience leading complex projects from initiation to completion.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, with experience in managing Agile projects preferred.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and technologies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, with a focus on user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Strong facilitation and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities and perspectives.
