JOB DETAIL

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems encountered by end users.
  • Perform break/fix activities to address technical issues promptly and minimize downtime.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop, workstation, and notebook computers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide support for Windows and MS Office-related issues, ensuring smooth operation for end-users.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions in a helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Possess strong familiarity with relevant operating systems (e.g., Windows, MacOS) and software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are advantageous.
