Responsibilities:
Assess code and provide feedback/review comments to best optimize the code
Enforce the gold standards of coding, release management methodology, and best practices amongst the project teams
Able to train developers on the team to follow best practices
Understand the Salesforce Release Notes and assess any impact to ongoing project work, coding standards, release management methodology, or other documented best practices
Work on multiple projects in parallel to support code review process
Collaborate with technical leadership to keep coding standards and release methodology current as new technologies are released
Interact with multiple teams for key project milestones and quality checkpoints
Opportunity to collaborate, learn from their peers, practice mentorship, and discover improved solutions to problems
Leveraging code review prior to production streamlines the development process, highlights bottlenecks and process issues, and sets the stage for improving the overall health and capacity of teams
Skills Required:
5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce including at least 1 year in code review
Extensive experience in Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience
Expert experience of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
Strong practical knowledge of Lightning Components, Lightning Experience LWC, Lightning Design system, Salesforce configurations
Experience with Software Architecture design and product development
Up to date understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
Extensive knowledge and experience working with various business domains
Knowledge of different Code Scanning tools for Salesforce : PMD/Clayton
Must have experience in Release Management Tools like GiTLAB/Bitbucket/github
Exposure to vlocity/OmniStudio is a plus
