- 9+ years proven experience in business analysis, preferably in healthcare, working in a team environment with the client, project managers, application developers and other business analysts on various mainframe and mid-range application software projects using waterfall methodologies.
- Solid experience facilitating meetings with clients, using excellent communication and presentation skills, to gather, analyze and document client’s business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in test plan development, test scenario creation, test plan execution and test results analyzation and documentation to verify the business application meets client requirements.
- Participates in deliverable walkthrough reviews to verify 'intent of change' is carried out through the entire project.
- Demonstrates strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills and effective written communication using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be located on-site in Roseville, CA. Currently, one day a week in office with possible additional days in the future.
