We need people that have done assessments multiple times on Greenfield S/4 HANA projects. So, they must have done this a few times. And not just Finance experts. And not just technical experts – well-rounded SCM, FI, HANA, all the modules in which HANA encompasses.
The client is engaged in the first phase of planning and future state design for their SAP S/4HANA Digital Transformation. The current environment will be a lift & shift of their current ERP system. The focus for this phase is to define the future state capabilities, drive enterprise and cross-functional decisions and define a business case and roadmap for the overall program. There are several workstreams that have been set up which include: Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and technical including ABAP & Basis. We want to focus on the core modules including FICO, MM, PP, SD, HCM, QM, Planet Maintenance, ABAP, Basis, and Project Systems.
Our Client that is moving their new US based subsidiary to the SAP S/4HANA platform. We have been engaged to help support the initial assessment of the platform and to make recommendations for a successful implementation.
Activities include:
• SAP S/4HANA Roadmap experience
• Identification and logging of solution team initiated risks / issues
• Provide status of activities as input into the integrated program plan for SAP S/4HANA
• Report out on action item statistics, and decision statistics
• Schedule workshop preparatory sessions and ad-hoc meetings / send out invites
Skills:
• Good communication, writing and organization skills. Must have “Presence”
• Ability to work with 3rd-party vendors
• Ability to work in an agile and waterfall environment
• SAP functional & technical experience would be required in the Workstreams mentioned
