Analyze, solution, document and validate complex business needs of stakeholders- Understand database structures and data queries to create data mappings- Articulate system functionalities to business & IT teams at various levels- Analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies and document the procedures- Assist with the development of training materials and end user reference documents- Develop use cases, business flows or functional specifications from requirements & functionality requests- Coordinate with Quality Assurance to develop testing plans and use cases.
