JOB DETAIL

 

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday
• Preferred: Workday Functional Certifications; Workday Pro certification in one or multiple HCM modules
• In Depth understanding of the Workday product line, including all of its main components and features.
• Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day troubleshooting support – specifically in Core HCM, Compensation (Advance and Basic),Absence and Time tracking, US Labor Laws, US Payroll Process and US Payroll Taxes
• Experience in Workday security, including user roles and permissions, creating security group , adding removing user from security group etc.
• Understand and analyze mapping of business processes with standard functionality
• Develops and drives innovative and proactive change efforts for HR process improvements, including enhancements to end user experience
• Participates in deployment of new businesses: map current processes and data, identify gaps with Workday processes, recommend changes, define requirements, configure, test and validate changes
• Assists with bi-annual releases, including analysis of impacts of new functionality, testing of integrations and cross functional up and downstream analysis
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to resolve cross-functional issues related to Workday
• Held UAT sessions on the configuration of the solution design and also participated in Data Migration of payroll
