A minimum of eight (8) years in the Information Technology field. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, plus a minimum five (5) years of experience managing large scale (multi-million budget) software application implementation projects.
Ability to organize and lead high level focus groups, an executive steering committee, and project teams composed of key stakeholders, project sponsors, frontline staff, and department heads.
Documenting functional, non-functional, technical, and business requirements; creating project plans; and monitoring progress using Service-Now, MS Project, and other project management tools.
Previous experience in large-scale system implementations, especially cloud-based technologies
Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications
