Anyone with the specific Florida experience (Florida Accounting Information Resources (FLAIR) and/or Florida Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (PALM).

Work Hours

Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm eastern time

Education

•             Bachelor’s Degree

Required Qualifications:

 •            Seven+ (7) years of IT work experience

•             Five (5) years of project management experience with a minimum of three (3) years in information technology or two (2) year’s experience leading accounting and cash management transformations.

•             Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of managing multiple technologies and functions for highly complexed projects.

•             Preferred: Knowledge of Florida Accounting Information Resources (FLAIR) or a similar financial, computer-based system.

•             Preferred: Florida Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (PALM) or a similar financial, computer-based system.

Required Tasks:

 •            Develop a change management plan for the Department’s transition to PALM Services.

•             Provide documentation and act as a liaison to PALM project management staff.

•             Act as a liaison to the Department’s Information Technology and Administrative Services staff.
