Essential Skills:
Over 6 years of proven track record in business system data analysis and progressive responsibilities
Proficient in working with financial accounting, Annuity insurance data, and Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) data Strong command of SQL  
Awareness of Github, AWS Cloud Fundamentals, AWS S3, and AWS Athena is preferred
Proficiency in business analysis concepts including business process modeling, context diagrams, use cases, and user stories
Skilled in techniques for requirements elicitation, project scoping, requirements analysis, and project planning and analysis activities Utilizes resource tools, primarily Jira, for managing tickets, stories, and communication
Proficient in Project Management and SDLC processes; awareness of agile/iterative approaches
Experience working with a data warehouse and/or analytics team
Strong ability to extract information through questioning, active listening, and interviewing

 
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
