3)Experience in High Availability Multiple instance configuration

6)Installation on all the OS environments
7)Should have agile scrum methodology experience
8)Experience in managing expectations with customers and development team
9)How to do PGP encryption
10)Create users, virtual directories, Triggers, Use cases
11) Ability to understand Architecture blue print
