10+ years of overall IT / technical services experience with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of Information Technology
Platform and infrastructure architecture experience – Cloud, Hybrid and Private hosting
Excellent understanding of ITIL processes, IT systems infrastructure and best practices.
Project management experience in an infrastructure oriented environment
Capable of working in a growth oriented environment, with ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent requests, projects, and responsibilities
Proven track record of leveraging vendor and consultant expertise for IT project delivery and support
Strong analytical, problem solving and judgement skills
Leadership and Customer facing skills
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills

Compute and Networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
