Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience
Experience working on the Salesforce Financial Service Cloud implementations in a multi-organ structure and development of REST APIs.
Understanding of both how to enhance the platform using configuration and code (Apex & Lightning Components)
Excellent relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to align leaders, craft a vision, and solve complex business problems
Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud experience
Ability to mentor, motivate, and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals
Advanced knowledge of architecture, design, and business processes.
Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI / CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security
Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing, configuring, and creating Salesforce solutions from scratch
An understanding of the sales process to better align changes to the CRM platform
Familiar with modern technology and architecture (cloud, virtualization, object stores, etc as well as with SDLC tools and agile development methodology )
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its IT systems
