JOB DETAIL

  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Utilize Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, and facilitate communication among team members.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Must have experience working in big multiple projects and should have experience in multiple modules. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, allocate resources, and mitigate risks.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
  • Mentor team members on Agile principles and methodologies.

Requirements

  • This is a Hybrid Position.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • PMP certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficiency in using Jira for project management and issue tracking.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in managing software development projects is a plus.
