The Developer will provide development services for the mandated enhancements of the Employee Misconduct Registry (EMR)and Medicaid Occupancy Reporting and Tracking (MORT) stabilization project. This position will maintain and provide technical support for the projects.

8 Required Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users.
8 Required Strong background in developing custom Java applications using JavaScript, JSP, JSTL, HTML, CSS, and other applicable tools.
8 Required Skilled with Database query languages (SQL, PL/SQL).
8 Required Skilled in developing Windows forms and/or web applications.
6 Preferred Skilled in creating SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
4 Preferred Experience with Oracle databases.
4 Preferred Strong skills in performing unit testing.
4 Preferred Experience with functional testing of code changes in Integration environments.
4 Preferred Working in an Agile SDLC environment.
