1.           Seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience.

2.           Must be an independent performer with strong technical skills in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, IT Service Management, and IBM Mainframe Utilities.

3.           It is desirable for the candidate to have domain skill experience in Banking.

4.           Providing technical guidance and support, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects

5.           Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

6.           Involvement in code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

7.           Strong analytical skills and able to perform tasks independently, directly interacting with clients.

8.           Good communication skills
