Oracle Cloud EPM Administrator

· Configure and maintain the Oracle EPM Cloud environment in alignment with production business processes, including management of applications, cubes, and business rules.

· Perform regular system maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and monitoring system performance.

· Ensure proper setup of users, security, roles, and access controls within the system. · Support communication with Oracle through SR process as needed.

End User Support:

· Provide L2 support regarding system functionality, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements for any new or enhanced business requirements.

· Support end user training, as needed, and create / maintain documentation to educate users on how to effectively use the Oracle EPM Cloud platform.

 Monitoring System & Data Integrations (Stretch Responsibilities):

 · Monitor and maintain integrations and batch jobs to ensure seamless data flow into and out of the Oracle EPM Cloud platform in alignment with production business processes.

· Adhere to the standardized data integration processes, data mappings, and data transformation routines to support business needs.

 · Monitor completion of data integrations and key interfaces and troubleshoot data-related issues as needed.
