JOB DETAIL

  • Requirement gathering & analysis: Work closely with stakeholders, including business users and technical teams, to gather and document detailed requirements. Understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translating those needs into clear and comprehensive specifications
  • Process Mapping and Documentation: Analyze and document existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement. Create process maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids to help stakeholders understand the current state and proposed changes.
  • Contribute to Solution Design: Based on the gathered requirements collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Documentation: Create detailed requirement documents, functional specifications, use cases, EPICs, User stories, and other documentation to guide development and implementation teams.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, project, consulting, and technical teams, and various levels of management to execute quick resolution to issues and risks and identifying interdependencies across the projects.
  • Communication: Act as intermediaries between business and technical teams, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa, facilitate discussions, workshops, and meetings to ensure all parties are on the same page.
  • Testing & Validation: Involve in testing newly developed features/products to ensure they meet the specified requirements. Work with testing teams to define test scenarios, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess the success of new feature/product release and identify opportunities for further optimization and improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing data and providing insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
